The Mountain belongs to the Cascadas volcanic belt and is the highest peak in the Cascadas mountain range, with a height of 4392 meters above sea level. With over 26 glaciers and nearly 93 km² of permanent snowfields and glaciers, Mount Rainier is the most spectacular peak in the continental United States.
 
Mount Rainier is located 87 km southeast of Seattle, equivalent to 3 hours of travel. We start the tour very early, leaving Seattle heading to Longmire, located at the entrance to Nisqually. This place is known for the fact that the buildings are on the Washington State Register of Historic and Architectural Sites. From there we will continue to the Narada Waterfall for a one-kilometer walk which overlooks a viewpoint over the waterfall of more than 57 meters high alpine landscape.
 
Then we will go to the interpretive museum to learn about the mountain, glaciers, nature at the Henry M Jackson visitor center. In that same place, the group will have time to explore one of the trails, enjoy lunch in the park's cafeteria or simply sit in a viewpoint to contemplate the mountain.
